NURSERY/LANDSCAPE EXPO APP (TNLA HIVE)
What is the Nursery/Landscape EXPO 2026 Group?
The Nursery/Landscape EXPO 2026 Group inside TNLA Hive is our official online space for updates, floor plan links, education information, and networking before, during, and after EXPO. It replaces the previous EXPO mobile app.
How do I join TNLA Hive?
Step 1: Go to https://thehive.tnlaonline.org
Step 2: Click “Request to Join”
Step 3: Check your email and click “Activate your account.”
Step 4: Once logged in, search for “Nursery/Landscape EXPO Community” under Groups and click “Join.” That’s it.

What can I do inside the EXPO Group?
Inside the group you can:
- Access floor plan links
- View session information
- Receive announcements
- Connect with attendees and exhibitors
- Ask questions in discussions
Do I need the TNLA Hive mobile app to access the EXPO Group?
No. You can access TNLA Hive anytime from your desktop or mobile browser at:
https://thehive.tnlaonline.org
I already have a TNLA Hive account. Do I need to sign up again?
No. You do not need to create a new account. Simply:
- Log in to TNLA Hive
- Click on “Groups”
- Search for “Nursery/Landscape EXPO”
- Click “Join”

REGISTRATION
What are the registration deadlines, pricing tiers and what’s included in my pass?

Can I register on-site, or is pre-registration required?
Pre-registration is encouraged but registration on-site plus self check in are always available. Cut off for early bird rates are July 24, 2026
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
While the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA) will attempt to avoid canceling an event or activity, there are times when this action is unavoidable. Should cancellation occur the following policies apply:
Individual registrations: If the event or activity is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded in full. TNLA is not responsible for any damages suffered by attendees as a result of any cancellations of the event. Registration fees are not transferable to another TNLA event.
Individual cancellations and changes: All cancellations must be made in writing and can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to TNLA headquarters. Cancellations received by TNLA headquarters 30 days prior to the event will result in a refund of all fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 30-day deadline. A $5 fee will be assessed for registrations transferred to another individual within 30 days of the same event. Registration fees are not transferable to another TNLA event.
Can I upgrade my tickets to the Tradeshow Plus Pass before the show?
You can upgrade your registration online at any time. From the EXPO site home page select “I want to attend” + “Already Registered” + entering your email that you used to register and your confirmation code + edit your registration.
What are your policies on Spouses, Guests and/or children?
Everyone is welcome to purchase a ticket to attend however for participants under age 12, a parent or guardian must accompany participants at all times while on the show floor and agrees to accept the waiver of liability on behalf og the minor. Failure to supervise participant’s activities, by the guardian, may result in removal from the 2026 Nursery/Landscape EXPO show.
Do kids under the age of 12 enter for free?
Yes.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, attendees are able to access their existing registration and transfer a registration by changing the name on the pass. Beware there is a $5 badge reprint fee if you change it onsite after you print it.
Is food included with admission?
No it is not. There will be a market place within the convention center where you can purchase food.
Can I get a payment receipt for registering?
Your payment receipt has been emailed to the email address you used to register for the event at the time of purchase.
HOTEL & TRAVEL
Are there affordable hotels with discounts close to Expo, offered to us?
Yes please book by July 24, 2026 for early bird rates. To view hotels head over to our Accommodations tab or click HERE
Is parking available at the hotels, around the event venue or shuttle services?

How do I rent a scooter?
We are teaming up with Tom’s Wheelchair Rentals, for pricing information please call 210-223-7878
Are there Exhibitor discounts on hotels?
Beware of scammers! We do NOT offer discounts in addition to exhibitors aside from what we have listed on our Host hotels, check them out under the Accommodations tab. If you don’t book under this block we can’t guarantee you’ll have a room. The deadline to receive discounted rates is July 24, 2026. Are there discounts on food, shuttles, ride shares, theme parks (SeaWorld/Zoo), retail stores, and or city tours for being an attendee?
YES! We’ve teamed up with the City of San Antonio to bring attendees exclusive perks. Present your official conference badge at the time of individual order or entry at the participating establishments and receive the offer listed. These offers are not valid with any other offers or discounts and are limited to the size of the group. (Program, prices, & participating establishments are subject to change.) Click HERE to view
EDUCATION & SESSIONS
Do I need to register separately for education sessions?
To ensure you have access to education select any pass except the Tradeshow Only Pass. View HERE
Are CEUs (Continuing Education Units) available for attending sessions?
CEUs available are: TNLA, ISA, LA CES, TDA and TCEQ. You MUST attend FULL DAY to receive full day of CEUs
If I want to earn 8 hours of TCEQ CEUs how would I go about doing that at EXPO?
You will need to be sure to select and register for the Education Pass. The schedule for the TCEQ sessions will be listed under the Education Tab. It is imperative that, in order to receive TCEQ CEUs, you attend the full day of sessions for this track. There will be a sign-in for you to complete at the end of the sessions. You must sign in with your license number for TCEQ at the end of each session. One week after the event, TNLA will submit your hours through TCEQ’s online STEERS portal.
If I want to earn 7 hours of TDA CEUs how would I go about doing that at EXPO?
You will need to be sure to select and register for the Education Pass. The schedule for the TDA sessions will be listed under the Education Tab. It is imperative that, in order to receive TDA CEUs, you attend the full day of sessions for this track. There will be a sign-in for you to complete at the end of the sessions. You must sign in with your license number for TDA at the end of each session. One week after the event, TNLA will submit your hours through TCEQ’s online STEERS portal.
Will session presentations or recordings be available after the event?
No, these are all in person only
Are single classes available?
There isn’t an option to pay for a single class. Once you buy a Tuesday Education or the Tradeshow Plus Pass, you have access to all sessions.
Do teachers and students get to attend the tradeshow for free?
Yes, must provide proof of school ID
Is there a certification reception?
Yes, there is a certification reception at the Nursery Landscape Expo. However, it is by invitation only. Contact Sarah Riggins at sarah@tnlaonline.org or call (512) 579-3854 for more information.

EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
What events are included with my registration?
Attendees are welcome to join our Special Events, which are FREE of charge. Some events are invitation-only, while others are open to all attendees. Learn more by visiting the Special Events tab under Attendees or click HERE for details.
Will the Women In Hort Get Together be live streamed again this year?
Yes, we will be doing a live stream on our Facebook account, be sure to follow us at Nursery/Landscape EXPO on Facebook.
How do I use your chatbot that appears on the lower right corner?
Please type out your entire question in a clear and concise manner to get the best results. Note: there is no live agent option and this bot is only equipped with information listed on the website. Current Active Exhibitors are eligible to purchase official EXPO Attendee lists. Click HERE for the order form. NOTE: EXPO is the only entity that has the official EXPO attendee list.

Where is the Marshalling Yard located?

What is the Exhibit Move In Schedule?
Exhibitor move-in is scheduled on Monday 8/10 from 8am-5pm & Tuesday 8/11 from 8am-5pm. Please check the Exhibit Move-In Schedule online by clicking HERE for the full exhibitor move-in schedule.
Can I ship materials to the venue in advance?

Can I donate my booth after EXPO?
The deadline to donate your booth to one of EXPO’s recipient organizations is Wednesday, August 12 at 1:00 pm. See the Booth Donation Form by clicking HERE
