What are the methods of registration?
- Register online: Attendee Registration and Exhibitor Registration
- Download the Attendee or Exhibitor Registration Form:
- Fax Completed Form to MCMC at (214)-749-5479
- Mail in the Completed Form to NURSERY/LANDSCAPE EXPO—C/O MCMC, 2100 Stemmons Frwy, MS 150, Dallas, TX, 75207
- For children under the age of 12, you must accept the online terms and/or fill out the Child Waiver Form
Who can I contact if I have registration questions:
How do I pay for multiple registrations?
After completing the registration process and registering another person, click the Next button at the bottom of the Registration Summary page and you will then to into the Payment page. It is on this Payment page you can select your preferred payment methods and complete the transaction for all registrations.
What types of credit cards are accepted?

Are checks acceptable forms of payment? If yes who are they payable to?

When will I receive my badge confirmation?
After completing the online registration process, you will be sent a payment receipt immediately after. Then within 24 hours you will receive your EXPO confirmation which includes a Fast Pass Bar Code and Badge Pick-Up Instructions. NOTE: Badges will not be mailed, all badges must be picked up onsite.
Why is pre-registering faster than registering when I get to the show?
When Pre-registering for EXPO, you will be emailed an EXPO confirmation which includes a Fast Pass Bar Code. You will need to print this confirmation and bring it with you so when you arrive getting your printed badge is a quick scan, it prints, and then you. With the Fast Pass option there are no long lines, just a quick and easy grab and go. Also if you pre-register prior to July 29, 2016, you will receive select discounted Early Bird Rates.
EXPO tries it’s best to streamline all onsite registrations however if you decide to register onsite, be sure to make time to fill out the onsite registration form and beware there may be a wait time depending on the time of day.
Are there any cancellation/substitution fees?
Substitutions are $5
Cancellations – There is a full-refund if cancelled 30-days prior to the event with written notification. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 30-day deadline.
What if I am onsite and I lose my badge, are there reprint fees?
In the event you lose or forget your badge, there will be a $5 reprint fee for those showing credentials and a $20 reprint fee for no credentials for a replacement badge.
What does Tradeshow registration include?
Tradeshow, Free access to all three days of Keynote Presentations plus Sizzle Topics on Saturday (includes CEUs), the Welcome to Dallas Party & one Drink Ticket.
What are you policies on Spouses or Guests?
They are the same as an attendee and must be registered. The same cancellation stipulations apply.
What are your policies for children and students?
Both children and students receive complimentary admission into the Tradeshow.
Children under the age of 12 must have a Child Waiver Form filled out and be accompanied by an adult. IMPORTANT! Dangerous heavy equipment is being used during move-in and move-out and results in an unsafe environment for small children. Because of this safety risk, children are strongly discouraged during these hours.
Students are all person 12 years of age and over, when registering select the select the Student registration type. There is no age limit on student registration.
What are the Exhibitor Booth Allotments?
Three exhibitor badges are allowed at no charge for each 100 square feet of spaced purchased.
