Frequently Asked Questions

Online registration is now open, save time by registering online. If you are pressed for time call MCMC at 844-800-5789 and register over the phone. For children under the age of 12, you must fill out a Child Waiver Form.

After completing initial registration, at the bottom of the Registration Summary page, find Add Another Person and click Register Another Person. When clicking on Register Another Person you will be prompted to enter the information and Tradeshow needs specific to this individual.
After completing the registration process and registering another person, click the Next button at the bottom of the Registration Summary page. You will then go to the Payment page and select the preferred payment method. On this page you will also be able review which individuals within your company’s registration have not paid by clicking on the VIEW drop down menu and selecting the option for Unpaid Items.

During the registration process the Registration Summary will allow you to review your badge confirmation. After completing and paying for registration you can print out the Confirmation page and will also receive an email confirmation to print out for your records. Be sure to bring your final confirmation to onsite registration and use the bar code at a registration counter. NOTE, BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED, all badges must be picked up onsite.

Registrants will receive a confirmation via email immediately after online payment submittal and for registration. These confirmations will include a bar code which will be scanned onsite with a scan-and-go kiosk at Registration to enter the Tradeshow.

For Registration:
Substitutions – YES – $5
Cancellations – YES – full refund if canceled by 30-days prior to the event and provided to TNLA in writing. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 30-day deadline.
Badge reprint with credentials is $5, without credentials, a Badge Reprint is the full registration fee.

Tradeshow, Free access to ALL three days of Keynote Speakers + CEUs, Welcome Reception & one drink ticket.

They are the same as an attendee & must be registered. The same cancellation stipulations apply.

Children: There is no age limit to attend the tradeshow. All persons under 12 years of age are considered children – please see & fill out the Child Waiver for further information. The Child Waiver must be filled out in order for a child badge to be processed.

Students: All persons 12 years of age and over are considered Students. Please select the Student registration type when registering these individuals. There is no age limit on the student registration type.

Three exhibitor badges are allowed at no charge for each 100 square feet of space purchased.

Registration Tradeshow badge fees apply. Advanced rate is $15 for members and $30 for non-members, Onsite rates starting July 21th are $20 for members and $35 for non-members.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Badges will not be mailed for the EXPO. Registrants will receive a confirmation via email immediately after payment is submitted. Registrations mailed or faxed will receive a letter confirmation within 2-3 weeks via post mail. These confirmations will include a bar code which will be scanned onsite at a Fast Pass kiosk at Registration to enter the Tradeshow.
